Parish staff continue publishing events, news, bulletins, and other information through familiar publishing routines. ParishRelay reads from the supported sources, gives the relevant material a consistent shape, and then presents it through an app that looks and feels like the parish.
The distinction matters: the calendar still governs events, the website remains home to parish news, and the giving provider continues to handle every gift. ParishRelay creates a clearer experience above those systems without quietly becoming another master database for the parish office to maintain.

We begin with a conversation: where does the parish publish useful information, and what do parishioners struggle to find? The answers give us a practical map of the website, calendars, bulletins, announcements, giving destination, and any permitted sources of daily information.
Next, we assess which connections are dependable enough to support over time. Documented APIs and standards-based feeds are ideal, although other structured sources can also be practical. When a system cannot be connected responsibly, we say so plainly instead of disguising a fragile workaround as a finished integration.
Finally, we configure the parish name, identity, colors, content, and navigation, then test the result as one complete parishioner experience. Behind the scenes, the information may still come from several systems; from the parishioner's perspective, however, it simply feels like one app.

A typical deployment can live on a hostname owned by the parish, so parishioners see the domain and identity they already recognize while ParishRelay works behind the scenes. We coordinate the technical setup with whoever manages the domain, and your parish retains control of that public address even if its needs change later.
Day to day, very little changes for staff. Add an event to the connected calendar, publish an announcement on the existing website, or upload the bulletin where it normally goes; ParishRelay handles how that information appears in the app.
