ParishRelay begins with the way your parish works today. We find dependable connection points, configure the app around the parish's identity, and leave each source where it belongs.
Your systems remain the source of truth.
Parish staff keep publishing events, news, bulletins, and other information through familiar tools. ParishRelay reads from supported sources, brings the relevant material into a consistent format, and presents it through a parish-branded app.
This distinction matters. The calendar is still responsible for the calendar. The parish website is still responsible for its news. The giving provider still handles giving. ParishRelay creates a clearer parishioner experience without quietly becoming another master system the parish office must maintain.
The work is integration rather than migration.
We begin with a conversation about where the parish publishes useful information and what parishioners have difficulty finding. That gives us a concrete map of the website, calendars, bulletins, announcements, giving destination, and any permitted daily-information sources.
We then assess which connections are reliable enough to support. Documented APIs and standards-based feeds are ideal; other structured sources may also be practical. When a system cannot be connected responsibly, we explain the limitation rather than hide it behind a fragile workaround.
With the sources established, we configure the parish's name, identity, colors, content, and navigation. The result is tested as a single parishioner experience, even though the information continues to come from several existing systems.
The public identity stays with the parish.
A normal deployment can live on a hostname owned by the parish. Parishioners see the parish's domain and identity, while ParishRelay operates behind the scenes. We coordinate the technical setup with whoever manages the domain, and the parish retains control of that public address if its needs change later.
Day to day, staff continue working where they already work. Add an event to the connected calendar, publish an announcement to the existing website, or upload the bulletin where it normally goes; ParishRelay handles the presentation in the app.
