Nothing essential is missing. From a parishioner's point of view, however, it can still feel as if every answer lives in a different place.
ParishRelay closes that gap by connecting the sources already in place and presenting them through one calm, mobile-friendly app. Staff continue working in the systems they know; meanwhile, parishioners gain a much simpler way to find what matters without a duplicate calendar, a replacement giving platform, or an unnecessary website rebuild.

A practical onboarding process
First, we learn how information moves through your parish.
Show us the website, calendars, bulletin archive, giving destination, and other sources your parish relies on today. From there, we identify dependable connection points and shape the app around them. If a source has real limitations, we explain those plainly before anyone builds a plan around it.
Once everything is connected, each system remains the source of truth: events still go on the parish calendar, announcements still appear on the website, and bulletins are uploaded where they have always belonged. ParishRelay takes care of gathering those pieces and presenting them clearly to parishioners.

ParishRelay has a deliberately focused purpose: give parishioners a clear view of upcoming events, news, bulletins, giving, and useful daily information. Where permission allows, readings and observances from jurisdictional or diocesan sources can sit naturally alongside the life of the parish.
That is enough. ParishRelay is not trying to turn every parish function into a feature, and when something already has a sensible home, it stays there. The value comes from bringing the information together, not from replacing every source behind it.

part of parish life, not entering a vendor's commercial ecosystem.
Naturally, ParishRelay still has a place: on this website, in the administrative interface, and in our working relationship with parish leadership. For parishioners, though, the community they belong to remains unmistakably at the center.

It began with one parish need and grew carefully from there.
ParishRelay began with a straightforward request from an Orthodox parish priest: make events, readings, bulletins, news, and giving easier for parishioners to reach. The parish needed a useful app, but it did not need a sprawling church-management platform to get one.
Over time, that first application became a multi-tenant platform that could serve additional parishes. Its origin still guides every product decision: respect established workflows, lighten the burden on parish staff, and keep the experience useful rather than enormous. ParishRelay is independently built and does not imply endorsement by any jurisdiction, diocese, or parish.
