A simple parish app

A parish app built around what you already use.

Your parish already has a website, calendar, giving platform, and other tools. ParishRelay brings those separate pieces together without asking the parish to replace the systems, workflows, or public identity that already work.

Integration instead of migration.

Keep what already works

A parish app should not begin with a migration project.

Most parishes already have the pieces they need: a website where news is published, a calendar that staff know how to maintain, a familiar giving provider, and a place for bulletins and other useful information. The problem is not that these systems are missing. It is that, from a parishioner's point of view, they are scattered.

ParishRelay connects those existing sources and presents them in one calm, mobile-friendly app. Staff continue working in the systems they know, while parishioners get a simpler way to find what matters. There is no duplicate calendar to manage, no new giving platform to adopt, and no reason to rebuild a website that is already doing its job.

A practical onboarding process

We start by understanding how your parish publishes information today.

Show us the website, calendars, bulletin archive, giving destination, and other sources your parish already relies on. We identify the dependable connection points, configure the app around them, and explain plainly when a particular source presents limitations.

Once connected, those systems remain the source of truth. An event is still added to the parish calendar. An announcement is still published on the parish website. A bulletin is still uploaded where it normally belongs. ParishRelay handles the work of bringing those pieces together for the parishioner.

Built for the parishioner

The important information becomes easier to find without becoming another thing to maintain.

ParishRelay keeps its purpose deliberately narrow. It gives parishioners a clear view of upcoming events, news, bulletins, giving, and useful daily information, including readings and observances from jurisdictional or diocesan sources where their use is properly permitted.

This is not an attempt to turn every parish function into a feature. When something belongs in an existing system, it can remain there. ParishRelay is valuable because the information is finally together, not because the parish has been asked to replace the tools behind it.

Your parish, not our brand

ParishRelay should be almost invisible to parishioners.

A normal deployment uses the parish's name, colors, visual identity, content, giving destination, and contact information. It can live at a parish-owned address such as app.yourparish.org, so the experience feels like a natural extension of the parish rather than an entrance into a vendor's commercial ecosystem.

ParishRelay branding belongs primarily on this website, in the administrative interface, and in the business relationship with the parish. The parishioner-facing app remains centered on the community it serves.

More about parish-owned domains
Designed for Orthodox parishes

Created from an actual parish need, then built to serve more.

ParishRelay began when an Orthodox parish priest wanted a straightforward app for events, readings, bulletins, news, and giving, but did not want the parish to adopt a large church-management platform simply to provide it.

The first application was eventually generalized into a multi-tenant platform for additional parishes. That origin still guides the product: respect existing workflows, minimize the burden on parish staff, and keep the app useful rather than enormous. ParishRelay is built independently and does not imply endorsement by any jurisdiction, diocese, or parish.
